The Being Well blog is both a journal and journey written by me, Mary Armstrong Kempenich. It is how I am able to distill what I’ve learned on my path to losing weight, gaining health, and the process of building a wholly well life. I believe in small changes, sustainable choices, and being kind to yourself in all matters.
